KWVRS staff work diligently on each matter from the first contact about a case through providing a report. Our typical turnaround time from when we have received all case information (including an interview when possible) until a draft report is released is 30 days. This assumes KWVRS has received the full file and received all necessary documentation. Sending additional information after we have already started working on your matter may delay the report. If you need a report in fewer than 30 days, please reach out, and we can discuss details.

Each case is unique. The best way for us to give you a cost is to reach out to our team. We can discuss what is needed and provide you with the fees that would apply to your specific situation.

We are able to take cases nationwide and regularly evaluate individuals, write reports, and testify on matters all across the United States. We’ve even been asked to take on some international cases!

We conduct our interviews virtually. Our team will provide a scheduling link so that an evaluee can pick the date and time that works best for them.

KWVRS provides vocational evaluations/analyses of earning capacity, life care plans, economic analyses, transition evaluations (for students with disabilities), and assessments of loss of household services. We provide these services in a variety of matters including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and divorce proceedings. One of our experts would be happy to discuss how each of these reports may or may not be of use in your case.
