Initial Contact

Consultation Call
We will schedule a telephone or video consultation to discuss the case in more detail - the nature of the claims, the relevant records, the timeline, and which expert services are most appropriate. This call is typically 30-45 minutes.
Engagement and Records
If we proceed, we will provide a retainer agreement and records request list. Once the agreement is signed and materials received, our expert will begin the evaluation.

The consultation will be most productive if you can provide the following at the outset. Exact records are not required at this stage - a general summary is sufficient to get started.
