What drives cost

• Whether the analysis covers a single individual or a household with dependents
• Availability of pre-injury household activity documentation
• Whether an interview is required to establish the prior division of household labor
• Use of replacement-cost data specific to the jurisdiction
• Coordination with a forensic economist for present-value calculation
• Deposition and trial testimony, including preparation and travel time

Billing structure

Household services analysis is billed at an hourly rate for review, interview, research, report preparation, and testimony. A retainer is established at the outset and applied against time incurred. The current rate schedule and retainer terms are provided on request and confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
