- Court of Common Pleas - General jurisdiction; civil cases over $500, felonies; four divisions: General, Domestic, Probate, Juvenile
- Municipal Court - Civil cases up to $15,000, misdemeanors, traffic
- County Court - In counties without municipal courts; civil cases up to $15,000
