Provide high‐level future cost projections for ongoing OT, DME replacements, home modifications, and caregiver assistance.

Concise Merit Memorandum

Deliver a 10–15 page written memo summarizing:
- Key clinical findings
- Red flags or strengths of the claim
- Preliminary causation opinions
- High‐level cost estimates
- Recommendations for next steps (further investigation, additional records requested, or likely settlement range)
Include a 30‐minute follow‐up call to review findings, answer questions, and strategize.
